Well, almost. I hasten to add that I am giving a recital upstairs in the church of St Leonard, Hythe, Kent, on Monday 4 July at 7.30pm, and not in its famous crypt which is packed from floor to ceiling with skulls, neatly arranged like tins on the shelves of a supermarket.
The recital is part of the St Leonard’s Festival, and includes music by Beethoven, Grieg, Liszt and Debussy. The Friends of St Leonard’s run the festival; the group celebrates its 30th year this year, and I am celebrating Liszt by launching my CD at the concert. Do join us!
